Based in Cheltenham, Pivotal Point Group is the umbrella company for a number of property focused companies owned and directed by Daniel and Victoria Eaton.

Undertaking commercial conversion and refurbishment projects – turning unwanted and dilapidated commercial buildings into modern, efficient and stylish residential units. Focusing on providing quality accommodation for owners.

Delivering training and public speaking at property events and on property training courses. Giving back to others what has been experienced and learned.

Providing mentoring and coaching at group and individual level; helping others to develop their soft and hard skills in progressing their aspirations, specifically within the property environment but also more generally as individuals.
